Terms & Conditions
- This e-Gift Card is redeemable/use ONLY at Lulu Hypermarket Indonesia network (Cakung, qbig BSD, Vivo Mall Sentul, The Park Sawangan, and Cimone etc).
- This e-Gift Card is valid as per the expiry date stated on it.
- The E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part / full will be provided.
- Lulu Hypermarkets will not be responsible for lost cards and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost code will be entertained.
- Once the E-Gift Card is issued / used, requests for cancellation will not be entertained.
- Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card.
- E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited.
- Maximum 5 e-Gift Cards can be used for one purchase.
- No replacement / compensation is permissible/ payable for lost e-Gift Card.
- The holder of the card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Lulu Hypermarkets reserves the right to change any / all the terms and conditions of this e-Gift Card at any time without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to PT. Lulu Group Retail (the Company) and the decision of the Company shall be final.
