- Applicability: The e-gift card code can only be used at ZALORA Singapore (on app and on www.zalora.sg), is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires.
- Returns and Refunds: The e-gift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. Voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
- Validity: E-gift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation. The specific validity will depend on the type of gift card purchased and can be found in the email confirmation received upon purchase.

How to redeem Zalora Gift Card (SG) via Website

- Click on the account icon at the top right corner of the page to access your profile.
- Select "Wallet" or "Store Credit" from the account menu.
- Locate the "Redeem Code" section on the Wallet page.

First you must download the Zalora application from the App Store (IOS) or Google play (Android) or App Gallery(HUAWEI)
- Open the ZALORA mobile app
- Log in your account.
- Tap the "Account" icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select "Wallet" from the account menu.
- Scroll down to find the "Redeem Code" section.
- Enter your gift card code and tap "Submit".
- The store credit will be immediately added to your wallet balance.
- During checkout, select "Use Wallet Credit" to deduct the amount from your order total.
