How to redeem IKEA Gift Card (SG) ?
- Click on the "Click to Redeem" button
- Click on "Accept" to proceed to the next step.
- Please enter your mobile number to receive an OTP. Kindly note that this mobile number will be linked to this voucher. The mobile number owner will need to be present at IKEA customer service to provide the new OTP when prompted to verify that this voucher belongs to them in Step 8.
- Once you have entered the OTP, you will receive the redemption code
- Visit any of the local IKEA stores in Singapore
- Before you start shopping, proceed to the IKEA Customer Service Area
- Scan the QR code displayed at the IKEA Customer Service Area to get a queue number. Select PROMO REDEMPTION, and a queue number will be generated.
- At the IKEA Customer Service counter, provide the IKEA co-worker with your redemption code(Step 4). Once he/she enters the code into the system, you will receive an OTP that must be provided to the IKEA co-worker on duty. Once the system accepts the OTP, you will be given a physical gift card from IKEA topped up with an equal amount of S$ credits purchased or exchanged for.
- Use this physical gift card for your purchases at the IKEA checkouts in the local IKEA stores and restaurants. The value of each gift card cannot be split into multiple physical gift cards
- The physical gift card cannot be applied to online purchases on the IKEA website
