The certificate becomes active immediately after purchase, and its validity period is stated on the certificate itself.
The holder is allowed to use multiple certificates for a single purchase. However, the certificate cannot be used to pay for services such as furniture assembly, cartridge refilling, and similar. It can be used to pay for the product delivery service.
Gift cards and bonuses cannot be used together with the Komus certificate in the same order. When paying with the certificate on the Komus website, the "Pickup from pickup points" option is not available (including retail stores, Boxberry pickup points, etc.).

- The cashier will scan or enter the certificate details.
- The certificate is valid for one-time use only and must be used by the holder.
Note: If the purchase amount is less than the certificate's value, the remaining balance will not be refunded and the certificate will be considered fully used, due to technical limitations of the store system.
Online:
- Start placing your order as usual.
- Select "Delivery" as the delivery method.
- Choose "Cash on delivery" as the payment method.
- In the pop-up window, check "Payment with certificates," then enter the 13-digit card number and the 6-digit code.
Note: If your order total is less than the value of the certificate, the remaining balance will be saved for your next purchase on the Komus online store. It will not be refunded in cash.
