- Applicability: The e-gift card code can only be used at ZALORA Malaysia (on app and on https://www.zalora.com.my ), is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the e-card expires.
- Returns and Refunds: The e-gift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. E-Voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
- Validity: E-Gift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation. The specific validity will depend on the type of gift card purchased and can be found in the email confirmation received upon purchase.

How to redeem Zalora Gift Card (MY) via Website
