How to redeem CR Vanguard Gift Card (CN)?
Online usage:
- Register and log in to your account on the China Resources Vanguard (华润万家) app.
- Click on "My" -> "Account" -> "Bind Gift Card," then enter the 18-digit card number and 16-digit password to bind it.
- After binding, the system will prioritize using the gift card for payment during checkout.
In-Store Usage:
- Once purchased the product, you will receive a ULR link containing a QR code. To use the gift card, just have the QR code scanned at the cashier in store. Please note, screenshots of the QR code is not usable. The link has to be refreshed to generate a new QR code before being scanned at the cashier.
Terms and Conditions:
- This card can only be redeemed at China Resources Vanguard, Ole, blt, V＞nGO, and other directly operated stores in mainland China (not valid at CR Suguo; in Jiangsu Province, it is only valid in Suzhou and Wuxi; not valid in Qingdao or Anhui Province).
- This e-voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.
- The e-voucher cannot be recharged, is not registered, not replaceable if lost, has no password, cannot be overdrawn, earns no interest, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not provide change. Once validated and used, it is non-refundable. It can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted, with on-site verification required. Its validity is subject to store verification.
- To settle payments at China Resources Vanguard stores, present the e-voucher barcode to the cashier (barcode is valid for 60 seconds; if expired, please click the link again to generate a new barcode).
- Due to the special nature of the products, no returns or exchanges are allowed once sold.
- Validity: 3 years.
- When using a China Resources Vanguard e-voucher, no invoice will be issued by China Resources Vanguard.
