Term and Conditions
- Grab Online Voucher is valid for one-time use only.
- Grab Online Voucher we sell is valid for GrabCar(not applicable on GrabHitch), GrabMart and GrabFood.
- Grab Online Voucher cannot be applied on the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee.
- Grab Online Voucher cannot be stacked, clubbed or combined for use in a single transaction.
- Grab Online Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
- Grab Online Voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period (180 days). No extension of validity allowed.
- Grab Online Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.
- Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- If your Grab Online Voucher has an error, please visit help centre in Grab app to report the issue.
How to redeem Grab Online Voucher (SG)?
- To redeem your reward, you'll receive a link from us and please "CLICK TO REDEEM" for reward activation.
- Make sure you have installed Grab app and logged in.
- After clicking Add to Grab App, the landing page will detect the type of device user is using.
- Mobile device – proceed to Redeem in Grab App.
- PC user – scan QR code with mobile phone.
- User will confirm if this is the correct account before adding to My Rewards.
- Voucher was successfully redeemed. User should go to My Rewards to find the voucher there.
