While recent changes to national legislation regarding gift card expiry do not apply to loyalty programs, Qantas Frequent Flyer is pleased to offer our members Australia wide, a minimum of 30 months expiry on our range of physical and digital gift cards for retail groups, with some gift cards enjoying even longer expiry windows.


How to redeem JB Hi-Fi Gift Card (AU)?

At JB Hi-Fi Online:

  1. Place your items in your cart and take them through checkout.
  2. At the payment screen, select “Gift Card” from the dropdown menu.
  3. If your gift card balance does not exceed the price of your purchase, you can pay the difference with another gift card, Visa/Mastercard or PayPal.

How long does it take for the top-up to be credited?
After you complete the payment and provide the complete information, the system will automatically top up your account, or the card PIN will be sent to your email. There may be a slight delay during peak hours, but we will do our best to expedite the process.

What if I enter the wrong UID or server?

Once the top-up is completed, due to the special nature of virtual goods, we will be unable to retrieve it or issue a refund.
