What is Kumu Coins?

Coins or "Kumu Coins" is the currency used to reward your favourite live streamers. You can purchase coins with real money and earn them through various activities in the app such as referring friends & participating on in-app events.

How to top up Kumu Live Coins?

  1. Select the Coins denomination.
  2. Enter your Kumu Username.
  3. Check out and select your payment method.
  4. Once payment made, your Kumu coins will be credited to your account shortly.

How to find Kumu Username?

  1. Use your account to log into the application and click "profile".
  2. Open "Edit Profile".
  3. Your Kumu "Username" will be displayed under "Name".

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for the top-up to be credited?
After you complete the payment and provide the complete information, the system will automatically top up your account, or the card PIN will be sent to your email. There may be a slight delay during peak hours, but we will do our best to expedite the process.
Is this top-up method safe? Will my account get banned?
