MR.DIY serves more than 80 million customers yearly at all stores in Malaysia and Brunei, as well as our online store. All MR.DIY stores are managed directly and in collaboration with large retailers and mall owners, operating as a mini anchor tenant in Lotus's, Giant, AEON and AEON BIG. With ten categories — Hardware, Household, Electrical, Furnishing, Car Accessories, Stationery & Sports, Toys, Gifts, Computer & Mobile Accessories and Jewellery & Cosmetics — in each store, MR.DIY offers an average of 18,000 variety of products at 'Always Low Prices'.
Terms & Conditions
- E-vouchers are only valid for purchases made on MR.DIY.
- Each e-voucher is applicable for a single transaction (unless stated otherwise).
- E-voucher codes are to be entered at the checkout or cart page (unless stated otherwise).
- E-vouchers are not valid for promotions, discounted products, and shipping fees (unless stated otherwise).
- Customers should take note of the expiry dates of the e-voucher(s) that they wish to redeem. Any e-voucher(s) which have expired will be invalid.
- MR.DIY reserves the right to cancel any order if a customer’s purchasing behavior that appears to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
- MR.DIY e-vouchers are not exchangeable for cash at MR.DIY or at any store.
- This e-voucher can only be used and redeemed by registered customer who has already login to their account during purchase.
- MR.DIY reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions or cancel any e-vouchers/promotions without prior notice.
