About Vip.com Card (CN)

Vip.com Card is an exclusive shopping card introduced by Vipshop as a reward for its large membership base. It can be used for purchasing goods on the Vipshop platform. (Exclusions include OXO products, pre-paid special events, Vipshop International products, directly shipped brand products, virtual goods, investment-related products such as collectibles, gold and silver items, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, formula milk, and fuel cards). Vip.com Card can be used to pay for both the product amount and shipping fees.


How to redeem Vip.com Card (CN)?

  1. Login here and enter "my VIP account" page
  2. Select "Card & Coupon Management"
  3. In the area "Card & Coupon Activation" click "Coupon Discount" to select "VIP Gift Card". Enter the gift card password and click the activation button to activate.
  4. Select the products to buy, click "Settlement".
  5. Complete shipping details and select payment method "Pay via VIP Gift Card".

How long does it take for the top-up to be credited?
After you complete the payment and provide the complete information, the system will automatically top up your account, or the card PIN will be sent to your email. There may be a slight delay during peak hours, but we will do our best to expedite the process.
