On November 6, 2026, Garena's official web shops for the US, the Philippines and Singapore listed more Free Fire Diamonds per dollar than the App Store did on the same day, for most packs we could compare. The US web 11,200 pack worked out to 124.5 Diamonds/$. The best US App Store pack worked out to 109.1.
The November 6 snapshot in one table
The table below puts the key rows side by side. Each official web price is the cash price listed for one payment method on that region's Garena shop. Each App Store price is the Diamond bundle listed on the matching country storefront for the same app on the same day. The rate is Diamonds divided by the US-dollar value of the price.
| Official shop | Diamonds | Official web cash price | Diamonds/$ (web) | Same-region App Store row | Diamonds/$ (App Store) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| store.garena.com (US) | 11,200 | $89.99 (PayPal) | 124.5 | 2,180 @ $19.99 (largest listed) | 109.1 |

Sources and date: Garena shop data from /api/shop/apps/channels?app_id=100067 on shop.garena.sg, shop.garena.ph and store.garena.com, captured November 6, 2026. App Store bundle prices from the US, Philippines and Singapore listings of app id1300146617, checked the same day. Exchange rates from open.er-api.com (USD base, updated 08:02 on November 6, 2026, Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8): PHP 63.021 and SGD 1.27758 per US dollar.
Three findings stand out:
- Where web and App Store list the same pack size, the web shop gives at least as many Diamonds per dollar. The US 100-Diamond pack is a tie at $0.99. In Singapore, every bundle size that both channels list is cheaper on the web shop.
- The Philippine web shop uses its own pack sizes. The web shop lists 205, 650, 1,100 and 2,250 Diamonds. The App Store lists 310, 520, 1,060 and 2,180. Only the 100-Diamond pack is on both.
- Membership flips the pattern in Singapore. The App Store's Weekly Membership listing was cheaper than the web shop's on November 6. Details are in the Singapore membership section below.
How these numbers were calculated
All the comparisons in this article use the same method, so you can check them or redo them on a later date.
- Listed prices only. Each figure is the price on the shop shelf or App Store listing. It is not a completed-checkout receipt. Your final charge can include tax, fees from your payment provider or currency conversion by your bank. None of those are included here.
- Base Diamonds only. Each rate uses the Diamond count in the pack record. No first-purchase bonus, event reward or Prime Diamond progress is added, because the shelf data does not give a guaranteed figure for any of them.
- Same-day exchange rates. Philippine pesos and Singapore dollars were converted with the open.er-api.com rate listed above. Cross-region figures in US dollars help you see the size of the gap. They do not mean you can buy from another region's shop.
- One decimal place. Rates are rounded to one decimal. Differences under about 1% are within normal rounding and exchange-rate noise.
- Garena Shells and prepaid cards are listed but not converted. Those channels are priced in Shells (GS), not cash. This article does not assign them a dollar value.
For pack sizes that only one channel sells, compare rates, not totals. A 1,145-Diamond web pack and a 1,060-Diamond App Store pack are different purchases even when their prices are close.
United States: store.garena.com vs the US App Store
The US web shop lists the same pack sizes for PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo: 465 to 11,200 Diamonds. The Card Payment channel adds a 100-Diamond pack at $0.99. The US App Store listing showed five Diamond bundles from 100 to 2,180.
| Channel | Diamonds | Listed price | Shelf "original" price | Diamonds/$ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Web (Card Payment only) | 100 | $0.99 | $0.99 | 101.0 |
| Web (all US methods) | 465 | $4.04 | $4.49 | 115.1 |
| Web (all US methods) | 1,145 | $9.89 | $10.99 | 115.8 |
| Web (all US methods) | 2,650 | $22.49 | $24.99 | 117.8 |

The web discount is in the shelf data
Each US web pack from 465 Diamonds up has two prices in its record: a current price and a higher "original" price. On November 6, the current price was about 10% below the original for every pack from 465 to 11,200 Diamonds. For example, the 1,145-Diamond pack listed $9.89 against $10.99. The shelf data does not give an end date. If the original prices come back, recalculate before relying on the web's lead. At the original prices, the 11,200 pack works out to 112.0 Diamonds/$ — still above the App Store's best US rate of 109.1, but by a smaller margin.
The closest like-for-like pair
The two most similar US purchases are the web 1,145 pack at $9.89 and the App Store 1,060 pack at $9.99. The web pack lists 85 more Diamonds for 10 cents less. At the low end the two channels match: both list 100 Diamonds for $0.99. On the web, though, that pack is only offered through Card Payment.
Larger web packs widen the gap because the App Store listing stops at 2,180 Diamonds. A US buyer who needs about 11,000 Diamonds would need several App Store purchases. One web purchase covers it at 124.5 Diamonds/$. That is a fact about listed prices, not advice to spend more. Buy the amount you will actually use.

US rate ladder: store.garena.com reaches 124.5 Diamonds/$ on the 11,200 pack, while the best US App Store bundle (2,180 @ $19.99) reaches 109.1. Listed prices, November 6, 2026; web prices are the discounted current price. Sources: store.garena.com, apps.apple.com/us. Chart by Buffget.
Philippines: shop.garena.ph uses its own pack sizes
The Philippine web shop does not copy the App Store's pack sizes. Its cash channels (QR PH, GCash, ShopeePay/MariBank/SPayLater and PayPal) list 100, 205, 650, 1,100 and 2,250 Diamonds. The Garena Prepaid Card channel adds a 420 pack. PayPal starts at 205. The Philippine App Store listed 100, 310, 520, 1,060 and 2,180.
| Channel | Diamonds | Listed price | Diamonds per ₱ | Diamonds/$ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Web (QR PH and other cash methods) | 100 | ₱50 | 2.00 | 126.0 |
| Web | 205 | ₱100 | 2.05 | 129.2 |
| Web | 650 | ₱300 | 2.17 | 136.5 |
| Web | 1,100 | ₱500 | 2.20 | 138.6 |
| Web | 2,250 | ₱1,000 | 2.25 | 141.8 |

| App Store | 310 | ₱175 | 1.77 | 111.6 |
| App Store | 520 | ₱289 | 1.80 | 113.4 |
| App Store | 1,060 | ₱579 | 1.83 | 115.4 |
| App Store | 2,180 | ₱1,150 | 1.90 | 119.5 |
Source: shop.garena.ph channel data and the Philippine App Store listing for id1300146617, November 6, 2026. The peso column needs no exchange rate.
The peso column is the cleanest comparison for a Philippine buyer. The web shop's smallest pack (2.00 Diamonds per peso) already beats the App Store's largest bundle (1.90). The only shared size, 100 Diamonds, costs ₱50 on the web and ₱59 on the App Store. That ₱9 gap is 18% of the web price.
The web shop's QR PH, GCash and ShopeePay channels list the same ladder. The Garena Shells channel uses a different ladder priced in Shells, from 20 Diamonds at 13 GS to 2,250 at 1,400 GS. Those are not cash prices and are not converted here.
Membership in the Philippines: no Membership cash item appeared in the shop.garena.ph channel data on November 6. The Philippine App Store did list Membership subscriptions, including Weekly Membership Subscription at ₱105, Weekly Membership at ₱115 and Membership Lite 3-Subscription at ₱29. With no web counterpart in this capture, there is no web-vs-App Store membership comparison for the Philippines.

Philippines: shop.garena.ph lists 2.00–2.25 Diamonds per peso, against 1.69–1.90 on the Philippine App Store. Pack sizes differ by channel, so compare per-peso rates. November 6, 2026. Sources: shop.garena.ph, apps.apple.com/ph. Chart by Buffget.
Singapore: shop.garena.sg vs the Singapore App Store
Singapore is the cleanest same-size comparison. The web shop and the App Store share four bundle sizes: 100, 310, 520 and 1,060. They also both sell 2,180. ShopeePay and Razer Gold Wallet list the full web ladder from 25 to 11,500 Diamonds. PayPal starts at 100, and Visa/Mastercard starts at 1,060.
| Diamonds | Web (ShopeePay) S$ | Web Diamonds/$ | App Store S$ | App Store Diamonds/$ | Web saving |

Two details are worth knowing before you choose a pack:
- Bigger is not always better on the Singapore web ladder. On the web shop, the 2,180 pack (100.9 Diamonds/$) works out slightly worse than the 1,060 pack (101.9). Two 1,060 packs at S$26.58 give 2,120 Diamonds. One 2,180 pack at S$27.59 gives 60 more Diamonds for S$1.01 more. Rates only improve clearly at 5,600 and 11,500.
- The 1,060 pack has the widest gap. The App Store's 1,060 bundle costs S$1.69 more than the web's. That is the largest same-size difference in Singapore on this date.
The Singapore App Store page also showed a second 100-Diamond Bundle listing at S$0.98, next to the S$1.48 listing. Apple's page does not say what separates the two. Because the condition is unknown, this article uses S$1.48 as the standard App Store price and excludes S$0.98 from the rate tables.
Singapore membership: the App Store's weekly price was lower
Membership does not follow the Diamond pattern. Both channels list three membership items in Singapore. Their prices differ in both directions.
| Item | Web (ShopeePay) S$ | App Store S$ | Lower listed price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly Membership | 2.89 | 2.48 (Weekly Membership Subscription) | App Store, by S$0.41 |
| Monthly Membership | 13.49 | 13.98 (Monthly Card Subscription) | Web, by S$0.49 |
| Membership Lite | 0.45 | 0.48 (Membership Lite 3-Subscription) | Web, by S$0.03 |
Source: shop.garena.sg channel data (membership items on ShopeePay; the same prices appear on Razer Gold Wallet, and Monthly also appears on Visa/Mastercard) and the Singapore App Store listing, November 6, 2026.
The App Store items are labeled as subscriptions. The web shop data does not say whether its membership items renew, and neither source lists what each membership contains. This article does not compare contents or renewal terms. Only the listed prices are compared here. If you buy Weekly Membership regularly in Singapore, the App Store had the lower listed price on this date. For Monthly, the web shop did.

Singapore split verdict: Diamonds are cheaper on shop.garena.sg at every shared size (largest gap on the 1,060 pack, S$13.29 vs S$14.98). Weekly Membership is S$2.48 on the App Store vs S$2.89 on web; Monthly is S$13.49 on web vs S$13.98 on the App Store. Listed prices, November 6, 2026. Sources: shop.garena.sg, apps.apple.com/sg. Indonesia, Vietnam and India: these tables do not apply
The US, Philippine and Singapore shops above are not the official shops for Indonesia, Vietnam or India. If your account is in one of those regions, do not use these tables. Garena's shop data on November 6 showed separate shelves for each region, with their own currencies and pack sizes:
| Region | What the official shelf showed (November 6, 2026) | Examples from the shelf |
|---|---|---|
| Indonesia | Local shelf in rupiah, with local payment methods including QRIS, ShopeePay and GoPay | 70 Diamonds @ Rp10,000 up to 73,100 Diamonds @ Rp10,000,000; Weekly membership Rp28,000; Lite Rp16,000 |
| Vietnam | Local shelf in đồng, including ShopeePay wallet and Garena card channels | 25 Diamonds @ ₫5,000 up to 11,500 Diamonds @ ₫2,000,000; Weekly ₫50,000; Monthly ₫220,000; Lite ₫12,000 |
| India | Only an International Prepaid Card USD channel; the app on that shelf is named Free Fire Max | 100 @ $1, 210 @ $2, 530 @ $5, 1,080 @ $10, 2,200 @ $20 (prepaid card value) |
Source: Garena shop channel data for app_id 100067 by region, November 6, 2026.
These rows show that the regional shelves exist and roughly what they list. This article does not rank them against the US, Philippine and Singapore shops. Each region has its own pack sizes, payment methods and taxes, so a cross-region ranking would not reflect any purchase a player can actually make.
What happens if you buy on the wrong regional shop?
We did not find an official Garena page that explains what happens after a purchase on the wrong region's shop, or whether such purchases can be refunded or moved. Without one, this article offers no fix. A practical check before paying: log in with your player ID on the shop you plan to use and confirm the region and nickname it shows match your account. If something goes wrong, contact Garena's player support for your region rather than relying on outside guesses.
Buffget's Free Fire Diamonds page, shown separately
Buffget is not an official Garena channel, so its prices are kept out of the official comparison above. For reference, the Buffget Free Fire Diamonds page displayed these prices on November 6, 2026:
| Diamonds | Buffget displayed price | Displayed reference price | Diamonds/$ |
|---|---|---|---|
| 11,500 | $104.62 | $116.25 (−10%) | 109.9 |
| 5,600 | $52.32 | $58.14 (−10%) | 107.0 |
| 2,200 | $21.01 | $26.26 (−20%) | 104.7 |
| 1,080 | $10.52 | $13.14 (−20%) | 102.7 |
Source: buffget.com/goods/free-fire-diamonds, displayed prices checked November 6, 2026. These are page prices, not checkout quotes.
To compare honestly: on this date, Garena's US web shop listed a higher rate (124.5 Diamonds/$ for 11,200) than Buffget's largest pack (109.9 for 11,500). Buffget's 11,500 rate was close to the US App Store's best bundle (109.1 for 2,180). Buffget's page also states its service is not available to Indonesia, Vietnam and India users, which matches the regional split above. Compare the pack you need, in the currency you pay, on the day you buy.
Prime Diamonds: what the official video shows
Garena's official video explains Prime Diamonds: spending Diamonds builds progress toward Prime Diamonds, which you unlock with a top-up the following month. That is a game-side reward system, not a price. This article does not add any Prime value to the per-dollar rates.
“Prime Diamond Introduction Video | Free Fire Official” — Garena Free Fire Global, YouTube, September 23, 2026 (about 40 seconds). The top-up shelf shown near 00:20–00:24 is the in-game purchase menu, not a Garena web shop, so it is not used for web pricing here.
Version context: Free Fire 1.132.1 and MAX 2.132.1
The prices were captured while the current App Store versions were Free Fire x NARUTO SHIPPUDEN 1.132.1 and Free Fire MAX x NARUTO 2.132.1, both released September 16, 2026 (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8). The release notes list Nine Tails Strikes, Ninjutsu Showdown, the Ninja Academy and Ninja Tools & Revival. They do not mention Diamond prices. Source: App Store lookup for both apps, checked November 6, 2026.
Garena's Storm Δrena trailer (Garena Free Fire Global, October 31, 2026) also does not state any Diamond costs. Nothing in it changes the price tables.
FAQ
What are negative Diamonds, and how do I clear them?
Garena's support article "Negative Diamonds and Refunded Transactions" says negative Diamonds come from refunded transactions. When a purchase is refunded, the matching Diamonds (or their equivalent) are deducted, which can leave a negative balance and a restriction. The account must top up the amount shown in the in-game message to remove it, regardless of who asked for the refund. To find which purchase was refunded, check the email linked to the payment account, such as a Google Play order-cancellation receipt or your Apple purchase history. Garena's Latin American support page (updated April 9, 2026) adds that the top-up can be split across several smaller purchases and that player support cannot remove the restriction for you. Garena does not publish a fixed amount, because it depends on what was refunded. Use the figure in your own account's message. Sources: ffsupport.garena.com and ffsoporte.garena.com, checked November 6, 2026.
My payment went through, but the Diamonds didn't arrive. What should I do?
The same Garena support article says purchases can sometimes be delayed. If the items still haven't arrived after 24 hours, contact Free Fire customer service. It specifically advises not requesting a refund from Google or the App Store, because a refund can trigger the negative-Diamond restriction above. Keep your payment receipt and player ID ready when you contact support.
Do Free Fire and Free Fire MAX share the same Diamonds?
Garena's Free Fire MAX FAQ says account data, including progress and game items, syncs across both apps through Firelink, and you can log in to MAX with your existing Free Fire account. Source: Free Fire MAX FAQ, checked November 6, 2026.
Is the official web shop always cheaper than the App Store?
Not always. On November 6, 2026, it gave more Diamonds per dollar for every pack size both channels listed, apart from the US 100-Diamond tie. In Singapore, though, the App Store's Weekly Membership was S$0.41 cheaper. The US web lead also depends partly on a discount whose end date is not published. Check the date on any comparison.
Why does the Philippine shop have 205 and 2,250 packs instead of 310 and 2,180?
The Philippine web shop uses its own pack sizes, and this article only reports what each shelf listed. Garena does not explain the choice in the shop data. Compare by Diamonds per peso instead of looking for matching packs.
Can I pay with Garena Shells or a prepaid card?
Yes. The Philippine and Singapore shops list Garena Shells and Garena Prepaid Card channels, and Singapore also lists Razer Gold Wallet. Shells and prepaid-card prices use their own units and pack sizes, so this article does not convert them to dollars or rank them.
Do these rates include first-purchase bonuses?
No. The rates use the base Diamond count in each pack. Any bonus or event reward shown at checkout would be in addition. This article does not estimate them, because the shelf data gives no guaranteed amount.
Bottom line
On November 6, 2026, Garena's own web shops listed more Diamonds per dollar than the App Store at most comparable sizes. The US web shop's 11,200 pack reached 124.5 Diamonds/$. The Philippine web shop's smallest pack beat the Philippine App Store's largest bundle per peso. Singapore's web shop was cheaper at every shared bundle size. The exceptions were the US 100-Diamond tie and Singapore's Weekly Membership, where the App Store was lower.
Keep three labels with any number you use: region, payment method and date. Players in Indonesia, Vietnam and India should use their own regional shelves, not these tables. If you prefer a third-party option, check the Free Fire Diamonds page on Buffget on the day you buy and compare it with the same per-dollar math. Then buy only the Diamonds you plan to use.
