WeSing Account Recovery, Appeals and Cancellation Follow Different Rules

Compare WeSing recovery, ban appeals and cancellation: K Coin loss, works, replacement logins, and the conflicting 7-day and 30-day withdrawal instructions.

WeSing account recovery, account appeal and cancellation are different routes. Recovery checks identity, appeal lets you state your case, and completed cancellation removes access and invalidates assets. Before acting, separate the public agreement’s 7-day withdrawal rule from the different 30-day wording in an older app video.

Keep your login problem, any punishment notice and any cancellation request separate while you work through the official pages below. This is a rules check, not a promise that a particular application will succeed.

Before you start: identify the account process

The official site has a page titled Recover Account and another titled Account Appeal. Its cancellation agreement is a third document with much more explicit consequences. Treat those as separate starting points, rather than three names for one reset button.

Source: Recover Account, undated, checked November 7, 2026; Account Appeal, undated, checked November 7, 2026; agreement, June 1, 2022, checked November 7, 2026.

  • Trying to establish access to an existing account: read the recovery page’s identity-check notes before completing its sections.
  • Challenging an account decision: read the appeal page and describe the decision you are challenging, rather than assuming the recovery deadline applies.
  • Leaving WeSing, or reversing a pending request to leave: read the cancellation agreement and your own app’s cancellation screen before taking another step.

Those are practical ways to organize your problem, not an official eligibility test. In particular, the recovery page does not identify every account condition it accepts. Do not assume a stolen account and a banned account automatically follow an identical route simply because both prevent normal access.

Compare submissions, timing and assets

Read across the same row before comparing outcomes. The cancellation agreement spells out asset loss; the shorter recovery and appeal pages should not be treated as promises about preserving your content or balance. Ask WeSing about those items explicitly when they matter to your decision.

1. Account recovery: identity review and a new login

The current public page on the official site presents three sections: Contacts, Account information and Identity Verification. Its notes say the WeSing Security Center determines identity from the information supplied. Start there, and read each live section before deciding which supporting details to prepare.

Source: Recover Account, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

“Result will be sent to you via SMS/email within 30 working days”

That is the page’s exact result-notification wording. It says working days, not calendar days, and it promises a result message rather than successful recovery. Keep those distinctions in mind before planning around an assumed return date.

Source: Official recovery notes, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

The next note is conditional: if the request is approved, use the phone number or Gmail supplied in the form to log in. It then states: “The original login method will no longer be available”.

Prepare your recovery request

  1. Write down the existing account you mean. Keep the account identifier and your description of the access problem together, so you do not confuse a new profile with the old one.
  2. Review the live form’s three sections. Follow its actual prompts rather than a third-party list of supposedly mandatory documents.
  3. Choose contact details you can keep using. The official notes direct result delivery to SMS/email and approved login to the newly supplied phone number or Gmail.
  4. Keep your submission details privately. Save your own account description, the date you submitted and any confirmation the site provides.
  5. After approval, follow the new login instruction. Do not treat the old login route as the test of whether an approved recovery worked.

This is an editorial preparation checklist, not a list of extra official requirements. The published basis is the recovery page’s three sections and its notes on identity, notification and replacement login.

Source: Recover Account, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

If your priority is a library of songs or an existing K Coin balance, make that part of your question to WeSing. Do not borrow the cancellation agreement’s irreversible-loss language and apply it to a recovery request.

Equally, do not read a successful identity check as a written guarantee about every asset. Keep access and asset handling as separate questions.

Source: Recovery page; cancellation agreement, June 1, 2022; both checked November 7, 2026.

2. Account appeal: explain the decision you challenge

The official appeal page is sparse: a “Grounds for appeal” field and a Submit button. It does not list a review timeline, supporting-material checklist or result-delivery channel. Keep a copy of your submission details, and ask WeSing about timing instead of importing the recovery page’s 30-working-day deadline.

Source: Account Appeal, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

For a ban-related appeal, begin with the actual notice you received.

  • Describe what decision you want reviewed and why you think that decision should change.
  • Avoid substituting a vague “my account is broken” message for the issue you are asking the reviewer to consider.

These are writing suggestions, not promises about what evidence WeSing will accept.

Your draftA clearer way to prepare it
“Please help.”Identify the account and the specific decision you want reviewed.
“I cannot use it.”Describe the message you see and when you saw it.
“I paid, so restore it.”Separate any payment question from the reasons for reviewing the account decision.
“Everything should come back.”Ask separately about access, existing works and balance.

This table is editorial drafting advice, not an official evidence checklist. Do not send passwords or payment-card details simply because you want the request to look thorough.

Source: official appeal form checked November 7, 2026.

Also, keep the symptom precise. A problem involving one song should not automatically become a claim that the entire account was banned.

Describe the restriction you can actually see, and let the official response address it. The short appeal form itself should not be used as evidence that any particular song-access problem is an account punishment.

3. Cancellation: protect your works and assets first

The public cancellation agreement still displays “Updated on: June 1, 2022” when checked on November 7, 2026. That is its document date, not a newly announced 2026 policy. Article 3 is blunt: “Cancellation of the WeSing account is irreversible.”

Source: Official agreement, article 3, June 1, 2022, checked November 7, 2026.

The same article requires: “You shall back up information and data concerning the account by yourself.” Treat that as a task to resolve before cancellation, not a promise that an export button exists. Ask WeSing how to preserve what matters to you; this agreement does not describe a backup method.

Source: Agreement, article 3, June 1, 2022.

For recordings, retain the agreement’s original word: “works”. In this karaoke context, that is the wording relevant to your recorded creations; the clause itself is broader than an audio-file label. Article 4(5) says: “Any interactive information, accompaniments, works, etc. that you have previously accumulated will be invalidated and irretrievable.”

Source: Agreement, article 4(5), June 1, 2022.

That wording is why you should not treat cancellation as a way to clean up a login problem while preserving your old library for later. The agreement also says registering again with the same Facebook account, Google account or mobile number does not restore the old account’s content or information.

K Coins and top-ups: stop before cancellation

Article 4(3) says unused rights, interests and assets are invalidated and “no corresponding refund will be made”. Article 4(6) separately lists rewards, gifts, K Coins, vouchers such as gift vouchers and coupons, and credits as invalidated. Read those clauses before treating a remaining balance as recoverable spending money.

Source: Agreement, articles 4(3) and 4(6), June 1, 2022.

Article 6 adds a particularly practical warning: during cancellation, stop topping up through all channels. Its wording says those top-ups “will be invalidated and irretrievable”. Do not add funds to a cancellation-in-progress account while trying to settle its status.

Source: Agreement, article 6, June 1, 2022.

If you later decide to use WeSing Kcoin top-up, first settle the account’s status and confirm the intended account. Treat a purchase as a separate spending decision, never as a recovery or ban-appeal step. That precaution follows the cancellation agreement’s warning about top-ups, not a promise that spending changes an account decision.

Source: Agreement, article 6, June 1, 2022; product page checked November 7, 2026.

Complaints, transaction checks and frozen funds

Article 7 allows WeSing to terminate a cancellation application without consent in circumstances including complaints, investigation by state authorities, litigation or arbitration. Article 8 separately allows freezing the account or some or all funds when WeSing is conducting, or needs to conduct, verification of relevant transactions or accounts. These are separate clauses, not a general refund route.

Source: Agreement, articles 7–8, June 1, 2022.

If an account already has an unresolved transaction issue, keep that issue distinct from the cancellation request when asking for help. Do not assume submitting cancellation makes the issue disappear: article 10 says cancellation does not waive prior account actions and related responsibilities.

Cancellation timing: keep the conflicting windows separate

The official agreement checked today and an app screen shown in a video uploaded in April 2025 describe different withdrawal windows.

The public document remains available with the 7-day wording; the video remains evidence of a different displayed instruction. Neither establishes what your own current app will show.

Source: Agreement, June 1, 2022, checked November 7, 2026; andrei b., uploaded April 26, 2025, 0:08–0:16.

Article 9 gives the agreement’s withdrawal instruction:

“If you log in to the WeSing account again within 7 days from the date you submit the cancellation application, you will be deemed as being applying to terminate the cancellation, and the cancellation application will be automatically invalidated.”

It then tells users who still want cancellation to resubmit.

Source: Agreement, article 9, June 1, 2022.

The later video checklist gives a different withdrawal instruction:

“If you log in to an account within 30 days from the date of cancellation, the cancellation will be automatically invalidated”

  • Window: 30 days in the video, rather than 7 days in the agreement.
  • Starting point: “from the date of cancellation”, not “from the date you submit the cancellation application”.

Checklist screen: later 30-day wording

Compare this wording with the agreement’s 7-day clause rather than assuming one supersedes the other.

The video also briefly shows a 15-day line around 0:08, before the later 30-day screen appears around 0:09. That additional inconsistency is another reason to use the recording as historical screen evidence, not a definitive current deadline.

StatementWhat it describesHow to use it cautiously
Agreement: 7 days from application submissionWithdrawal through logging in againRead article 9 and act early if withdrawing.
Video: 30 days from cancellationA differently worded login-withdrawal instructionCompare your own app; do not rely on day 8–30 working.
Video popup: delete the account within 30 daysA deletion-processing timelineDo not use this to prove the withdrawal window.

Source: agreement, article 9, June 1, 2022, checked November 7, 2026; video uploaded April 26, 2025, 0:08–0:21.

The confirmation popup separately says “wesing will process your application and delete your account within 30 days”. That concerns deletion processing, not the login-withdrawal condition.

The popup also displays a release date of 05/26/2025; the video’s upload date does not establish its recording date. Do not calculate a current withdrawal deadline from that historical display.

Source: Video uploaded April 26, 2025, 0:18–0:21.

The practical advice is simple: if you want to withdraw, log in as early as possible and check what your own app shows. Keep a copy of the displayed wording and any confirmation.

Neither source should be rewritten as “you can recover a completed cancellation for 30 days.” The agreement calls completed cancellation irreversible.

Historical walkthrough: use the screens cautiously

This is a personal tutorial, not an official WeSing announcement.

Entry path shown in the recording

As shown in that recording, the path is Me → Settings & Help center → Privacy → Cancel my account. Use it to recognize the type of screen being discussed, not as proof that every current version has identical menus. If you want to keep using the account, do not follow a cancellation tutorial as a login-repair exercise.

Choose your next step by situation

Lost access without requesting cancellation

Start by describing the access problem without calling it deletion. In your own notes, distinguish the profile you want from any new profile you can currently open.

Then read the official recovery page and its replacement-login instruction.

Source: Recover Account, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

Before submitting, check that you can use the contact destination you enter. Keep the account description and contact choice together in your private record.

If the request is approved, follow the newly supplied phone or Gmail route described by the page. If the result is not approval, do not rewrite the notification deadline as a promise WeSing failed to restore everything.

Source: Official recovery notes, checked November 7, 2026.

An account decision you want reviewed

Prepare an appeal around that decision, not around a shopping history or an unrelated song problem. A useful private draft has a short sequence: what notice you saw, which account it concerns, what you believe needs correction and what outcome you are requesting. This structure is writing advice; the official page supplies the grounds field, not a prescribed template.

Source: Account Appeal, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

Read the draft once as if you were someone who has never seen your account.

  • Remove guesses presented as facts.
  • If you do not know why the decision occurred, say what you can observe rather than inventing a cause.
  • Ask separately about any works or balance you are worried about, and keep your own copy of the details you submit.

A pending cancellation you want to withdraw

Do not wait for the longer number merely because it appears in a video. Read your own app's instruction and attempt withdrawal early.

Keep the difference between the two starting phrases in your notes: application submission in the agreement, cancellation in the video.

Source: Agreement, article 9, June 1, 2022; video uploaded April 26, 2025, 0:08–0:16.

After taking the withdrawal step, check any status or confirmation your own app provides rather than assuming a login attempt alone proves the final outcome. If the screen is unclear, ask WeSing about your specific pending request. Keep funds out of the process while cancellation remains unresolved: the agreement explicitly warns against top-ups during cancellation.

Final submission checklist

  1. Name the process. Are you requesting identity-based access, challenging a decision or cancelling? Keep that answer at the top of your notes.
  2. Keep account access separate from content and money. Ask about works and balance explicitly instead of assuming one outcome proves the others.
  3. Use the actual page wording. Recovery says working days; cancellation sources disagree on login-withdrawal wording; appeal gives no published countdown.
  4. Save your own submission and screen details. Keep dates and displayed instructions privately so your follow-up describes what actually happened.
  5. Do not add funds during cancellation. Resolve status before making a separate spending decision.

This is an editorial checklist. It adds no guaranteed restoration route.

FAQ: WeSing recovery, appeal and cancellation

Does account recovery guarantee my account comes back?

No. The page describes identity assessment and says a result will arrive by SMS/email within 30 working days.

Its login instruction begins with approval as a condition. Treat the deadline as notification timing, not guaranteed success.

Source: Recover Account, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

Can I keep using my old login method after approval?

The recovery notes say to use the newly entered phone number or Gmail if approved, followed by “The original login method will no longer be available.” Plan around that replacement instruction.

Source: Recover Account, undated, checked November 7, 2026.

Does an appeal have the same 30-working-day deadline?

The appeal page does not publish that deadline. Keep your appeal submission details and ask WeSing about review timing; the recovery page’s promise belongs to its own process.

Source: Account Appeal and Recover Account, checked November 7, 2026.

Is the cancellation withdrawal window 7 or 30 days?

The public agreement says 7 days from submitting the application. The video uploaded in April 2025 shows 30 days from cancellation.

Check your own app, act early if withdrawing and do not assume day 8–30 is safe. Neither statement promises recovery after completed cancellation.

Source: Agreement, articles 3 and 9, June 1, 2022; video uploaded April 26, 2025.

Will the same Facebook, Google or phone login restore a cancelled account?

The agreement says it will not restore the old content or information after cancellation. Before leaving, resolve your backup questions rather than treating re-registration as a way back.

Source: Agreement, article 3, June 1, 2022.

Should I top up while sorting out cancellation?

No. Article 6 says to stop top-ups through all channels during cancellation and says those funds are invalidated and irretrievable. Settle the status first; a purchase is not a recovery or appeal step.
