How to spend my Dragon Roar Coins?

When in the game, select the Pack you want and tap the purchase button.
With enough Dragon Roar Coins in your storage, a purchase screen will then pop up.
Tap "Confirm" to purchase the Pack with a respective amount of Dragon Roar Coins deducted.

What Packs can I purchase with Dragon Roar Coins?

There is no difference between Dragon Roar Coins and other means of payment. You can purchase all Packs displayed in the game with them.

Can I purchase with Dragon Roar Coins to activate 1st Purchase, Total Purchase and other features?

There is no difference between Dragon Roar Coins and other means of payment. All purchase benefits, including 1st Purchase, Total Purchase, cumulative quests in Alliance, and others, are equivalent and shared.
