- E-Vouchers can only be used once, for 1 mobile phone and 1 VIP account.
- Customers must have an active WeTV account to use the e-voucher. The VIP amount will be added to the customer's account.
- If the customer has subscribed to VIP, an additional month of the VIP e-voucher will be added following the end time of the customer's VIP subscription 1 Jan 2024, if the customer redeems a 1 month VIP e-voucher, then the VIP expiry period will end on 1 Feb 2024).
