MLBB Diamonds Per Dollar in 2026: Official App Store vs MLBB.US vs Buffget, Plus the Weekly Diamond Pass Math (Checked 2026-10-29)
Short answer: in the official App Store, every Mobile Legends: Bang Bang diamond pack gives about 50 diamonds per $1, from 50 for $0.99 up to 5,000 for $99.99, with no bulk discount. On a Buffget MLBB diamond top-up, small and mid packs give 66–69 per $1. The Weekly Diamond Pass beats both if you claim it.
I've topped up MLBB through the in-game shop, through resellers, and through the pass. The thing that always annoyed me: nobody puts the official price list, the US app's price list and a reseller's price list in one table with a "diamonds per dollar" column. So here it is, with a date on every number.
What this page covers
- Table 1: official global App Store prices in US dollars, turned into diamonds per $1.
- Table 2: the separate US app (MLBB.US) and its prices.
- Table 3: Buffget Global prices, same day, same math, including the one pack that's worse than official.
- Weekly Diamond Pass math: what happens to the value when you forget to log in.
- Rules players argue about: whether the pass counts toward recharge events, and how first-top-up double diamonds really reset.
- MLBB.US vs the global app: what the official notices say, what players ran into, and how to tell which app is on your phone.
One ground rule. Every price on this page was read on 2026-10-29. App Store prices and reseller promos move, so check again before a big purchase.
Quick answers
| Question | Answer (checked 2026-10-29) |
|---|---|
| Official diamonds per $1 | ≈50 on every pack, 50/$0.99 to 5,000/$99.99 |
| Do bigger official packs get a discount? | No. 5,000 for $99.99 = 50.01 per $1 |
| Best value per $1 | Weekly Diamond Pass, if you claim at least one daily reward |
| Buffget small/mid packs | 66.15–69.22 per $1 (+32% to +38% vs official) |
| Buffget 9,288 pack | 44.47 per $1 (−11.1% vs official 5,000 pack) |
| Weekly Diamond Pass price | $1.99 official, $1.63 on Buffget (−18.1%) |
| Is the US App Store app the same as the global app? | No. It's a separate listing, MLBB.US, published by Skystone Games |
Table 1: Official global app prices in US dollars
Here's the snag most price guides skip. The US App Store doesn't sell the global Moonton app at all; it sells MLBB.US (more on that below). So for official global prices in US dollars, I used a store that lists the global app in USD: the Mali App Store listing for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (app ID 1160056295, read 2026-10-29).
| Pack | Official price (USD) | Diamonds per $1 |
|---|---|---|
| 50 Diamonds | $0.99 | 50.51 |
| 150 Diamonds | $2.99 | 50.17 |
| 250 Diamonds | $4.99 | 50.10 |
| 500 Diamonds | $9.99 | 50.05 |
| 1,000 Diamonds | $19.99 | 50.03 |
| 1,500 Diamonds | $29.99 | 50.02 |
| 5,000 Diamonds | $99.99 | 50.01 |
| Weekly Diamond Pass | $1.99 | see the pass section |

Two things jump out.
First, there is no bulk discount. The smallest pack is actually a hair better per dollar than the biggest one. If someone tells you to "save by buying the big pack" in the official shop, the price list says otherwise.
Second, the store lists the Weekly Diamond Pass twice, both at USD 1.99. Apple's page doesn't explain why, so don't read anything into it.
The App Store list only shows pack sizes and prices. It doesn't show first-top-up bonuses or how many diamonds the pass contains. Those live inside the game.
Table 2: MLBB.US, the separate US app
If you open the App Store in the US and search for Mobile Legends, you get MLBB.US (app ID 6741568655). The seller is Skystone Games Pte. Ltd., not Moonton. Its version on 2026-10-29 was 2.2.16.1232.1, dated Sep 16, the same version number as the global app.
| Pack | MLBB.US price | Diamonds per $1 |
|---|---|---|
| 50 Diamonds | $0.99 | 50.51 |

Same ladder, same ~50 per $1, same lack of a bulk discount. The pack mix differs a little (MLBB.US shows a 2,500 pack; the Mali global listing shows a 5,000 pack).
Important: this is a price comparison, not an account comparison. Moonton and Skystone haven't published anything saying a global account and an MLBB.US account share diamonds. So don't read Table 2 as "US players can buy cheaper somewhere else for the same account". Section 6 covers what players report.
Table 3: Buffget Global vs official, same day
Now the reseller side. These are the MLBB Global packs on Buffget's product page, read 2026-10-29. The page showed a −20% promo on every pack; the prices below are the promo prices you actually pay.
| Buffget Global pack | Price paid | List price before −20% | Diamonds per $1 | vs official ≈50/$ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 86 (78 + 8 bonus) | $1.30 | $1.63 | 66.15 | +32% |
| 172 (156 + 16 bonus) | $2.60 | $3.25 | 66.15 | +32% |

I'm putting the bad news in bold on purpose. The 9,288 pack is the one Buffget pack that gives fewer diamonds per dollar than the official store. At $208.84 you get 44.47 per $1; the official 5,000 pack gives 50.01. If you need around 9,000 diamonds, official packs (≈50 per $1) or a stack of Buffget's 706 packs (69.22 per $1) beat it on these prices.
Everything from 86 to 706 diamonds comes out 32–38% ahead of official on the same day.
And the pass: $1.63 vs $1.99 is 36 cents, or 18.1% off. Small, but it repeats every week.
A note on the "country" selector
The Buffget page asks you to "select the correct country to top up", with Global plus Malaysia, Russia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Turkey, Brazil and Saudi Arabia listed. All numbers above are the Global option. Pick the region that matches your account. The page says a top-up sent to the wrong ID or server can't be refunded once it's done, so double-check the User ID and Zone ID.
The Philippine peso price list (kept separate)
Lots of MLBB players are in the Philippines, so here's the official peso list too. I'm not converting it to dollars. Exchange rates move daily, and a converted number would look more precise than it is.
| Pack | App Store PH price |
|---|---|
| 19 Diamonds | ₱25.00 |
| 50 Diamonds | ₱69.00 |
| 150 Diamonds | ₱205.00 |
| 250 Diamonds | ₱339.00 |
| 500 Diamonds | ₱679.00 |
| 1,000 Diamonds | ₱1,380.00 |
| Weekly Diamond Pass | ₱130.00 |
| Elite Bundle / Snowman Special Bundle | ₱69.00 each |
| Epic Bundle | ₱339.00 |
Source: App Store (Philippines), Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, 2026-10-29. Apple's page shows the top 10 in-app items only.
Per peso, the ladder is flat too: 50 for ₱69 is 0.72 diamonds per peso, and 1,000 for ₱1,380 is 0.72. Same "no bulk discount" pattern.
The Weekly Diamond Pass: the best deal, with one catch
Here's what the pass gives, from the in-game screen. The App Store lists only its name and price, so I went to a recording of the in-game shop.
In "I Bought the Weekly Diamond Pass - Totally Worth It!" (Amish Yt, YouTube, uploaded 2025-05-23), the Recharge page reads "Purchase to get 220 Diamonds in 7 days", with Total Diamonds 220 and daily rewards of 20 diamonds. A second later, the reward pop-up after purchase shows 80 Diamonds and 1 Late Sign-in Card.
GIF In-game Recharge page: "Purchase to get 220 Diamonds in 7 days", Total Diamonds 220, 20 diamonds daily. Source: "I Bought the Weekly Diamond Pass - Totally Worth It!", Amish Yt, YouTube, uploaded 2025-05-23, clip 0:30–0:32. 2025 (S36) in-game screen.

GIF Reward pop-up right after buying the pass: 80 Diamonds + 1 Late Sign-in Card. Source: same video (Amish Yt, 2025-05-23), clip 0:26–0:28.

So: 80 instantly + 20 a day for 7 days = 220. Treat this as a 2025 in-game screen (Season 36, recorded on a server paying in Korean won). It's the clearest look at the pass contents I could get, but Moonton could change the numbers, and it's not a statement for every server today.
Codashop's MLBB page and Razer Gold's MLBB page (read 2026-10-29) also describe the pass as 220 diamonds. On the day-one amount: Razer's page says 100 instant; the 2025-05 in-game screen showed 80. The math below follows the 2025-05 screen.
What a missed day costs you
Everyone forgets a day. The table below is based on the 2025-05 (S36) in-game screen showing 220 diamonds (80 instant + 20 per daily claim); the price is today's official $1.99.
| Daily rewards claimed | Diamonds received | Diamonds per $1 at $1.99 | vs normal pack (≈50.05/$) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 of 7 | 220 | 110.55 | about 2.2× |
| 6 of 7 | 200 | 100.50 | about 2× |
| 4 of 7 | 160 | 80.40 | +61% |
| 3 of 7 | 140 | 70.35 | +41% |
| 1 of 7 | 100 | 50.25 | about the same |
| 0 of 7 | 80 | 40.20 | −20% |
ORIGINAL GRAPHIC Weekly Diamond Pass diamonds per $1 by missed daily claims, with the ≈50/$ normal-pack line. Based on the 2025-05 (S36) in-game screen showing 220 diamonds (YouTube mR8t8a7zjto); price is today's official $1.99 (App Store Mali, 2026-10-29). Chart by buffget.com.

The caption to remember (under the 2025-05 scheme of 80 instant + 20 a day): claim at least one daily reward and the pass is no worse than a normal pack. Claim none and it costs more per diamond than a regular top-up. The break-even is about 99.6 diamonds, using the 500/$9.99 pack's 50.05 per $1.
For comparison, under Razer's wording of 100 instant, zero claims would land at 50.25 per $1, about equal to a normal pack.
The pop-up also hands you a Late Sign-in Card, which suggests you can recover a missed day. The 2025 recording doesn't show how many you can use, so don't count on it.
Buffget pass vs App Store pass

|---|---|---|---|

Rules players argue about (and what the evidence really shows)
This is where Google's top results get thin. Players keep asking these on Reddit, and the answers are all over the place. Moonton hasn't published clear rules on any of them in the App Store, Google Play or on mobilelegends.com as of 2026-10-29. So below, every claim is labeled with who said it.
1. Does the Weekly Diamond Pass count toward recharge events?
Player reports go both ways.
| Report | Where | Date | What it says |
|---|---|---|---|
| Counted | r/MobileLegendsGame 1vtl13d | 2026-08-20 | Bought 3 passes and finished a 250-diamond task. Doesn't say where they were bought |
| Counted | r/MobileLegendsGame 1o3p4ti | 2025-10-11 | "1 pass = 100" toward the task |
| Not counted | r/MobileLegendsGame 1uo09xd | 2026-07-05 | A pass bought on Codashop didn't count toward S41 recharge |
And the channel pages disagree in their wording:
- Razer Gold's MLBB page (read 2026-10-29) says the pass gives "recharge event tasks +100".
- Codashop's MLBB page (read 2026-10-29) says it "does not count towards Recharge Benefits".
My read, and it's only a read: "recharge event tasks" and "Recharge Benefits" may be two different systems. The 2025 in-game recording backs that up a little. The same Recharge screen has a separate "Recharge Benefits" entry in the lower-left corner. That proves there are two menus. It doesn't prove which one the pass counts toward.
What to do:
- Before buying a pass for an event, open the event page in-game and check whether it says "recharge" or "top-up" diamonds.
- Buy one pass, then check whether the event bar moved before you buy more.
- Keep your receipt. If a pass bought outside the game didn't count, the in-game support ticket is the only official route.
2. First-top-up double diamonds: once ever, or once a year?
The "first recharge 2×" bonus is the other big argument. Players can get it through third-party shops, but sites disagree on how it resets.
| Who says it | Claim |
|---|---|
| Codashop US MLBB page and its PH page (read 2026-10-29) | Codashop's page says double applies once per pack size, is shared across channels, and is "permanent" |
| Codashop PH blog and 2025 Reddit guides | Resets once a year |
These are channel pages, not Moonton. I can't tell you which is right, and neither can anyone quoting them. Moonton hasn't published the reset rule outside the game.
There's history here too. In March 2025, players reported the third-party double bonus briefly stopped working (r/MobileLegendsGame 1j9fyd7, r/Codashop 1j4mz81). That's over 18 months old now, but it's a good reason to check the 2× tag in the shop before you pay.
GIF In-game diamond shop with first-recharge bonus tags on the packs. Source: "DOUBLE DIAMONDS EVENT… WATCH THIS BEFORE PURCHASING", KiomeeML, YouTube, uploaded 2025-01, clip 0:12–0:18 (trimmed from 0:12–0:26). 2025 screen; pack prices shown are in that uploader's local currency.

Buffget's product page says it honors "the official 2× first-recharge bonus" (read 2026-10-29). Whatever shop you use, look at the pack card itself: if it doesn't show a 2× tag for your account, don't assume you'll get one.
Whether MLBB.US has its own first-top-up double inside the game: nobody I checked has shown it on screen, so I'm leaving it out rather than guessing.
3. Weekly Diamond Pass: why some guides say 210 and others 220
This isn't a contradiction. It's an older version of the pass versus a newer one.
| Version | Source | Daily reward | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Older (2023) | YouTube EW7K2iHpsgo, uploaded 2023-01-25, 0:45–0:55 | 30 a day | 210 |
| Newer (2025-05, S36) | YouTube mR8t8a7zjto, uploaded 2025-05-23, 0:26–0:32 | 80 instant + 20 a day | 220 |
Guides quoting 210 are describing the 2023 pass. That recording doesn't show its 2023 price, so I don't apply today's $1.99 to the old scheme. All value math on this page uses the 2025-05 scheme. The day-one amount is where channel pages differ: Razer's page says 100 instant; the 2025-05 in-game screen showed 80.
MLBB.US vs the global app: what changed in the US
What the official notices say
| Date | Source | What it says |
|---|---|---|
| 2025-03-27 | Official mod post on r/MobileLegendsGame, "MLBB U.S. Publishing Transition Notice" | US publishing moves to Skystone. The old Google Play version is removed on March 27 and MLBB.US goes live the same day. "Progress and data will remain unchanged" if you bind your account in the old app first. The login-reward event ran 03/27–04/30 (long over). |
| Posted about 3 months before 2026-10-29 | MLBB.US Team community post on YouTube | Moonton Account service in the US ends within 24 hours; bind Facebook, Google or Apple ID. Unbound accounts must email mlbb-us@skystone.games to recover. |
| Read 2026-10-29 | Skystone MLBB.US Terms of Service | Skystone operates MLBB.US on Moonton's behalf. Accounts inactive for 6 months may be deleted, and virtual currency is lost. |
That last line deserves a bold warning: if you hold diamonds on MLBB.US and take a long break, log in at least once every few months. The ToS says six months of inactivity can wipe the account and its currency.

What players actually ran into
The official notice covered one case: US players moving their existing account to MLBB.US. The problems players post about are the cases it didn't cover. These are player reports, not rules.
| Problem | Thread | Date | Activity |
|---|---|---|---|
| A non-US Moonton account can't log in to MLBB.US; a VPN didn't help them get the global app | r/MobileLegendsGame 1rd7qei | 2026-02-24 | 14 comments, follow-ups into May–August |
| Moved back to the Philippines but stuck on the US server; asks how to move back to global | r/MobileLegendsGame 1swls4g | 2026-04-26 | — |
| Wave of MLBB.US bans citing "third-party top-up"; a mod said it was migration maintenance | r/MobileLegendsGame 1qe99t3 | 2026-01-16 | 11 upvotes, 24 comments |
| US server only matches with nearby regions | r/MobileLegendsGame 1r2eotp | 2026-02-12 | 11 upvotes, 14 comments |
The only contact mods pointed to was the Skystone email. Moonton and Skystone haven't published a rule for moving between the two apps, so "players report they couldn't" is as far as the evidence goes.
How to tell which app you have
Takes 30 seconds:
- Open your app's page in the App Store (or Google Play).
- Look at the name: the US app is literally called "MLBB.US"; the global one is "Mobile Legends: Bang Bang".
- Check the seller / developer:
- Global app: developer shown as MOONTON; seller YOUNGJOY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED; App Store ID 1160056295.
- US app: Skystone Games Pte. Ltd.; App Store ID 6741568655.

- In-game, check your Zone ID in your profile and make sure the top-up shop you use supports that app.
That last step matters. GamsGo's MLBB page and GGPICK's MLBB page (both read 2026-10-29) say their top-ups don't support the Skystone version. If you're on MLBB.US, check a shop's page says it supports MLBB.US before paying. Buffget's MLBB page lists Global and regional options; it doesn't name MLBB.US.
Latest version: 2.2.16 (Season 42)
Quick context so you know the prices above match the current game:
- Version 2.2.16.1232.1, released 2026-09-16 on the App Store (both the global app and MLBB.US).
- Season S42 started 09/16 at 00:00 server time. The season skin is Popol and Kupa "Flamehide Thane".
- Masha and Bruno got 10th-anniversary revamps, and the profile card feature was upgraded.
- Google Play (com.mobile.legends) shows an Oct 16, 2026 update, with the same "What's new" text as the 09-16 release.
- The MLBB × Jujutsu Kaisen rerun (version 2.1.99, events 08/07–09/11 server time) is over, so ignore guides still pushing it.

How to top up without overpaying
- Decide your weekly habit first. If you log in most days, buy the pass. Even one claimed reward makes it no worse than a normal pack.
- For small and mid amounts, compare a reseller's same-day price per diamond against ≈50 per $1. On 2026-10-29, Buffget's 86–706 packs were 66–69 per $1.
- For big amounts, do the division. Buffget's 9,288 pack (44.47 per $1) was worse than the official 5,000 pack that day.
- Check your app (global vs MLBB.US) and your User ID + Zone ID before paying anywhere.
- Check the 2× tag on the pack card. Don't rely on any site's reset rule.
- Event pushing? Buy one pass, confirm the event counter moved, then buy more.
- Keep the receipt until the diamonds show up.
FAQ
Is it cheaper to buy big diamond packs in the official MLBB shop?
No. On 2026-10-29, official packs ran from 50.51 per $1 (50 for $0.99) to 50.01 per $1 (5,000 for $99.99). Bigger isn't cheaper.
Why can't I find the global MLBB app in the US App Store?
The US App Store sells MLBB.US, published by Skystone Games since the 2025-03-27 transition. The global Moonton app (ID 1160056295) is listed in other regions.
Can I use the same account on MLBB.US and the global app?
Moonton and Skystone haven't said you can. Players on Reddit report that non-US Moonton accounts couldn't log in to MLBB.US and that people who moved abroad stayed stuck on the US server.
How many diamonds is the Weekly Diamond Pass?
220 over 7 days on a 2025-05 in-game screen: 80 right away plus 20 per daily claim. An older 2023 version gave 30 a day for 210 total. Codashop and Razer pages say 220.
Does the Weekly Diamond Pass count for recharge events?
Player reports go both ways, and one "didn't count" case was bought on Codashop. Test with one pass before buying several.
Does first-top-up double diamonds work on third-party sites?
Codashop's pages show 2× packs and Buffget's page says it honors the bonus. How it resets is where sites disagree: Codashop's store page says "permanent", while its PH blog says yearly.
Will my MLBB.US account be deleted if I stop playing?
Skystone's Terms of Service say accounts inactive for six months may be deleted, with virtual currency lost. Log in occasionally.
Bottom line
- Official MLBB diamonds cost about 50 per $1 at every size, in both the global app and MLBB.US. No bulk discount.
- On 2026-10-29, Buffget's 86–706 packs gave 32–38% more per dollar; its 9,288 pack gave 11.1% less. Do the division before big buys.
- The Weekly Diamond Pass is the best value if you claim at least one daily reward. Skip every claim and it costs more than a normal pack.
- Pass-and-event rules and double-diamond reset rules come from channel pages and player reports, not published Moonton rules. Test small.
- MLBB.US is a separate app. Check the seller name and whether your top-up shop supports it.
