Mobile Legends Bang Bang Diamond Top Up: Cheapest Packs
Mobile Legends Bang Bang diamond top up packs run 11 to 9,288; the 9,288 tier is cheapest per diamond at 1.26¢, and first-charge tiers double once.
Which pack gives you the most diamonds for your money
Moonton fixes the diamond ladder, so the only variable is what a tier costs where you live. On straight packs the 9,288 tier is cheapest per diamond at about 1.26¢, while the 56-pack charges 1.64¢ each.
The pack tier ladder
The standard ladder: 11, 22, 56, 86, 172, 257, 344, 429, 514, 706, 2195, 3688, 5532 and 9288 diamonds. The 11 tier is really 10 + 1 bonus, and the Philippines sells a 5-diamond starter from ₱5.50. Same ladder worldwide, different price tags.
US listings vary widely. One source lists 56 at $0.92, 706 at $9.40, 2195 at $28.25, 5532 at $69.55 and 9288 at $117.50; another dated 12 April 2026 puts 86 at $1.30, 172 at $2.59, 257 at $3.86, 706 at $10.37, 2195 at $31.09, 3688 at $51.66, 5532 at $77.94 and 9288 at $129.15. Before you commit to a tier on sticker price alone, Mobile Legends diamond top up cheap on buffget lists current pack rates for your region, with competitive pricing and secure transactions.
| Pack | US price | Per diamond |
|---|---|---|
| 56 diamonds | $0.92 | 1.64¢ |
| 706 diamonds | $9.40 | 1.33¢ |
| 2,195 diamonds | $28.25 | 1.30¢ |
| 9,288 diamonds | $117.50 | 1.26¢ |
Per-diamond value formula
Price ÷ diamonds received: $9.40 ÷ 706 = 1.33¢, $117.50 ÷ 9288 = 1.26¢. Do it in your local currency, and count guaranteed bonus diamonds — a tier advertising 78 + 8 gives 86 units, so divide by 86, not 78.
Two traps: taxes and card fees sit outside the sticker, so add them before dividing. And compare like with like — a pass paying out over seven days isn't the same product as a pack that lands instantly.
Mid-tier value trap
On the April listing, 86, 172 and 257 hover around 1.5¢ per diamond — barely better than the smallest packs. Four 257-packs to reach 1,030 diamonds cost more than a single 2195 tier.
Rule of thumb: past about 700 diamonds, stop stacking small packs. One larger tier beats three smaller ones.
What your first top up gives you
First Charge Bonus explained

It isn't a percentage. Moonton doubles four fixed tiers once each: 50 + 50 = 100, 150 + 150 = 300, 250 + 250 = 500, 500 + 500 = 1,000 total. The bonus is bound to your MLBB account, not to Google Play or the App Store — switching devices won't reset it.
First-recharge listings price those doubled totals: $0.99 for 100, $2.99 for 300, $4.99 for 500, $9.99 for 1,000 in the US. Philippine rates in April were ₱55.82, ₱165.39, ₱274.91 and ₱556.53. The 100-diamond tier lands under 1¢ per diamond — cheaper than any straight pack.
Free hero and skin rewards
First-time buyers also get a reward track: a free permanent hero, an avatar border on a 20+ diamond purchase, a seasonal skin at 100 diamonds, and a rename card at 50. Claim everything within three days or it expires. Ranked Season 38's exclusive skin was Kagura 'Lady Parasol'.
Triggering the bonus
Use a bound account first — a guest login you later lose takes the bonus with it. Buy a bonus tier you haven't used yet; re-buying the same tier yields nothing extra. In-game, tap the '+' next to your diamond count; on a platform store, pay through the account linked to your game ID.
Miss this and no support ticket fixes it. The tier is spent, the bonus is gone.
Weekly, Twilight and Starlight passes
Weekly Diamond Pass yield

$1.77 buys 220 diamonds — 80 instantly plus 20 daily for seven days — plus 210 Starlight Points, 7 Choice Bundles and 1 Late Sign-in card. That's 0.80¢ per diamond, the best rate in the diamond economy.
Requirements: account level 5, 7-day duration, cap of 10 held passes (no new purchase while 70+ days remain), 5 per order. Daily rewards reset at 00:00 server time. Older data said the pass doesn't count toward Recharge Benefits; newer data treats it as a 100-diamond recharge task — plan around whichever your client shows. If you'd rather skip the login streak entirely and just see diamonds on the account, MLBB diamond recharge instant delivery on buffget handles top-ups with fast delivery and responsive support.
Twilight Pass rewards
$10, once per account. Grants Twilight Coins, exclusive skins, recall effects, bonus weekly rewards and item discounts — plus instant drops of 200 Tickets, a Glorious General Trial Card and a Diamond Hero Trial Card Pack (1-Day). Level 15 grants Miya 'Suzuhime'; level 20 grants an avatar border and 10 Luxury Tickets.
Pass vs. pack
Starlight Member costs 300 diamonds, Member Plus 750 (450 upgrade from base). You get the monthly exclusive skin, four extra skins, an avatar border, a battle emote, weekly free heroes, a 10% EXP bonus, 5% extra Battle Points and ban priority. October 2026's Starlight skin is Hayabusa; September 2025's was Hanabi 'Chic Glamour'. Each skin exists only in its month.
Buying Starlight monthly runs about 3,600 diamonds a year for 12 exclusive skins. If you want skins rather than raw currency, that beats spending the same diamonds on individual Epic skins.
Regional pricing
A 500-diamond purchase runs roughly $4.00–4.50 in Malaysia, $4.00–5.00 in Brazil, $4.50–5.00 in the Philippines, $5.00–5.50 in India, $6.00–6.30 in Singapore, $6.99–7.49 in the USA and $7.50–8.70 in the UAE. That's regional pricing set by Moonton.
Apple and Google add platform fees up to 30%, so in-game purchases often cost 10–30% more than authorized third-party top-up platforms: 1,000 diamonds runs about $20 through Google Play versus $16–18 through authorized sellers. Credit cards tack on 1–3% foreign transaction fees, regional e-wallets usually dodge them, and some banks flag gaming charges until you authorize them.
Payment options vary. Philippine accounts get GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, 7-Eleven and Cebuana; globally there's PayPal, cards, online banking and e-wallets. Carrier billing works but carries $50–200 monthly limits plus fees. App store balances are region-locked, gift cards only redeem in matching regions, and some bonus-denomination packs (78 + 8, 156 + 16, 234 + 23, 625 + 81 and up) aren't sold in SG/MY/PH.
Recharge events and bonuses
Cumulative recharge rewards run in levels: Level 1 (any amount) grants trial cards, Level 2 (100 diamonds) adds discount coupons and epic bundles, Level 3 (500 diamonds) gives premium bundles and tokens.
The stacking rule people get wrong: bonus diamonds from promotions don't count toward in-game recharge events — only the base amount does. Promo Diamonds are separate again; during ALLSTAR 2025, players could earn up to 55 daily (20 login + 15 matches + 20 from recharge or friend matches), and 400 Promo Diamonds cut an 899-diamond skin to 499.
Best windows for a big purchase: limited-time recharge bonus events, new Starlight releases, the M7 World Championship, Ramadan/Eid promos, and the first week of a new skin when prices launch around 30% off. Stack those with unused first-charge tiers.
Diamond-wasting mistakes
Topping up on a guest account is the expensive one. The diamonds land on an account nobody can recover, and the first-charge bonus goes with it. Bind first, pay second.
Buying the wrong tier wastes less money but more patience — four small packs to chase a skin goal, or a 9,288 purchase when you needed 800. Don't spend first-charge tiers casually: each doubles once, so burning the 50 tier on an impulse emote costs you the doubled 100 later.
Topping up safely
Legitimate services need exactly two things: your User ID and Zone ID, in the format 12345678(1234). Find them by tapping your avatar top-left, then the Basic Info tab. Nobody legitimate asks for your password, Moonton login or verification code.

- Copy your User ID and Zone ID from the profile screen.
- Choose the diamond pack.
- Enter both IDs exactly as shown.
- Pay with your usual method.
- Diamonds arrive instantly; expect 5–15 minutes normally, and 20–30 during peak events.
Free diamond generators are 100% scams and a reliable route to a permanent ban — Moonton bans accounts holding illicitly obtained diamonds, regardless of who bought them. Unauthorized sellers carry the same suspension risk.
If diamonds don't show up: verify the IDs, restart the game, check the Transaction menu, then contact support with your order ID and receipt within 24 hours. Don't submit a duplicate payment while you wait.
Spending diamonds wisely
Magic Wheel draws cost 60 diamonds solo or 270 for five. 200 progress points guarantee the core for the featured Legend skin; worst case is around 10,800 diamonds via five-draws, or roughly 12,000 at singles. Grand Collection is cheaper to guarantee: draws 1–18 cost 10 rising by 10 to 180, draws 19–24 cost 190, 25–30 cost 250, 31–36 cost 310, and a Collector skin lands by draw 36 at about 6,210 diamonds. Your first daily draw is half price.
For skins outside those systems: Basic 269–399, Elite 399–599, Special 749, Epic 899–1,089 diamonds. Heroes cost 32–599 diamonds against roughly 32,000 Battle Points (80–100 matches), so a cheap diamond hero is often the best value in the game. Crystal of Aurora is a separate currency bundled into Elite packs — the Weekly Elite Pack gives 55 diamonds, 20 Crystal of Aurora, 2 Rare Skin Fragments and a 4-Win BP Card; the Monthly gives 275, 180, 10 and a 10-Win BP Card.
Budget it like this. Small spenders: Weekly Diamond Pass plus the 50 tier first charge. Medium: the 706 or 2195 packs. Big spenders: 9,288 for the lowest per-diamond cost. Gifting needs only the recipient's User ID and Zone ID — diamonds and Starlight membership deliver within seconds.
Questions players ask before buying
What is the cheapest diamond pack in MLBB?
Two answers. The cheapest to buy is the smallest entry tier — the 5-diamond starter in the Philippines or the 11 tier elsewhere. The cheapest per diamond is the largest tier in the table above. If you're judging value, use the second definition.
Which MLBB diamond pack gives the best value?
Among straight packs, the biggest tier wins on rate. But the Weekly Diamond Pass listed earlier beats every straight pack per diamond — the catch is that it pays out over seven days and needs a level 5 account. If you can't log in daily, go with the largest straight pack instead.
How does the MLBB first charge bonus work?
It's a fixed doubling on four specific tiers, applied once per tier and tied to your game account. It is not a blanket percentage across all purchases, and it won't re-trigger if you buy the same tier again on a different store.
Do I get double diamonds on my first MLBB top up?
Only if your first purchase lands on one of the four bonus tiers. Buying any other pack tier first won't grant the doubling retroactively — and the free reward track has its own three-day claim window on top of that, so claim it fast.
Is the MLBB Weekly Diamond Pass worth buying?
For raw diamond-per-dollar value, yes, nothing else beats it. It's a poor fit only if you can't log in daily, since the 20-diamond daily drop expires unclaimed, or if you need a large amount right now for a limited skin.
Why are MLBB diamond prices different in my country?
Moonton sets regional prices, and platform fees, taxes and currency conversion pile on top. That's why the same 500-diamond pack can cost roughly 40% more in one market than another, and why paying through a regional e-wallet often avoids extra card fees.
