Blood Strike Golds Top Up: Expiry Rules and 520 Reserve
Blood Strike Golds top up delivers permanent Gold that never expires, while timed Gold vanishes in 4-6 weeks. Keep 520 Gold aside for the Strike Pass.
What a top up buys
A Blood Strike Golds top up gives you permanent Gold — no countdown, and it carries into every season after this one. Free Gold from events, login tracks, pass tiers, and redeem codes is timed and dies 4-6 weeks after the season opens. Same wallet icon, very different shelf life.
Where the balance sits
Gold is Blood Strike's paid premium currency, and no Battle Royale or Clash Squad grinding produces it. Sources: top-up packs, redeem codes, event milestones, and Strike Pass tiers. The breakdown lives in Settings > Account > Currency Details. Copy your numerical User ID from the Avatar button, upper-left of the lobby — that's what any recharge site asks for.
Two kinds of Gold
Gold you buy is permanent: no countdown, no season reset, nothing to spend before a deadline. The flow needs your numerical User ID and a payment method — a legitimate seller never asks for a password or OTP. That's the whole input on our blood strike golds top up page, which pairs the standard flow with competitive pricing and order tracking.
Timed Gold always carries a clock icon and a countdown, visible in Settings > Account > Currency Details and in the Strike Pass tab's seasonal information panel. Items you buy with either type stay yours permanently; the Gold that bought them is gone when the timer runs out. No conversion, no refund.
The clock on timed Gold

Blight Horizon's Strike Pass opened December 15, 2025, and its timed Gold died January 26, 2026 at 23:59 local time — 42 days of runway. Urban Pulse ran 08/15–09/14 on the same shape this year. Timed Gold doesn't care when you log in; it cares when the season started.
Which rewards pay timed Gold
- Login tracks: 50–200 Gold per cycle
- Daily missions: 150–250 per day
- Hot Zone wins: 450–600 per week
- Friend invites: 100–150
- Ranked season rewards, compensation mail, limited-time modes, promotional events
- Redeem codes — BSREWARD10K, BLOODSTRIKEFB, TYSTRIKERS, 5MSTRIKERS, BSTT2MPLAYERS, MARCH21ST, LAUNCHGIFT — drop hundreds to 2,000+ Gold worth of items; milestone codes pay around 200 Gold fresh versus roughly 800 at level 20
Almost all of it is timed.
How the window is counted
The countdown runs from the moment the Gold is granted, not from your next login — a two-week break costs you two weeks of the window. Reward mail adds a second deadline: unclaimed Gold inside expires before you ever see it. Codes unlock after the tutorial plus one Battle Royale match — Event tab, loudspeaker icon, Redemption Code, then collect from mail.
Where the warnings show up
Push notifications fire at 7 days, 3 days, and 24 hours remaining. Treat the 24-hour alert as the deadline; the earlier two are for planning.
Keeping 520 Gold aside
The Elite Strike Pass costs 520 Gold per season and pays the full 520 back at tier 50 of 50.
What the pass returns

The Elite track spreads its payout across tiers and hands back exactly 520 Gold by tier 50, with roughly 60% recovered by tier 30. Older guides call that return permanent Gold; a newer 2026 guide describes it as timed Gold expiring at season end. Assume the stricter version and spend it before the season closes.
Buy the pass through the Strike Pass or Events tab, choose Elite or Premium, and pay with Gold or real money. Premium adds everything in Elite, instant unlocks up to Tier 20, and exclusive Ultra weapon finishes for M700, SPEAR, PKM, and shotguns. Urban Pulse's Elite track unlocked the Ultra skin Lucian - Renegade and Ultra MP5 - Heatwave.
The reserve rule
Keep 520 permanent Gold untouched at all times. It isn't spending money — it's next season's pass, locked in advance. When a season opens, buy the pass on day one from that reserve and let the season's earnings refill it behind you.
Day one beats week three
Day one gives you the full season to earn the Gold back and reach the headline reward; a late purchase releases rewards for tiers you already crossed but shortens the runway. A 42-day season needs 1.2 tiers per day for tier 50, and 2 per day finishes on day 25, leaving a 17-day buffer.
Daily missions reset at midnight UTC, take 15–20 minutes, and pay 1–2 tiers each — missing days is what stalls most tracks. If you must delay, day 10–20 is the practical window: a day-15 buy leaves 27 days requiring 1.85 tiers daily. Tier skips only make sense with under 5 days left and 10+ tiers to go. Weekend marathons of 8–12 hours can clear 10–15 tiers.
Which Gold gets spent first
Buy anything priced at 600 Gold while holding 520 permanent and 300 timed, and the game takes all 300 timed plus 300 permanent. You're left with 220 — under the line.
The draw order is fixed
Every purchase pulls timed Gold first, then permanent Gold. There's no setting for it, and it applies to passes, crates, bundles, and single skins alike.
The partial-balance trap
A cosmetic bought mid-season eats your expiring balance first, then quietly dips into the 520 you were saving. That's how players end up short on launch day: the timer never touched the reserve, the skin did. If the floor slips, fix it before the next season opens — a blood strike permanent gold recharge pack puts expiry-free Gold back in the wallet with no countdown attached.
After tier 50
Once the pass is maxed, spend 400+ of the remaining timed Gold immediately on Limited Stash openings or cosmetics, and hold 100–120 back for last-minute buys before the clock runs out.
When Gold disappears
Nothing converts. When the timer hits zero at 23:59 local time, that balance is deleted in place.
Restoration
Expired timed Gold isn't recoverable in normal circumstances. Refunds happen only after verification when the platform caused the error; a top-up completed with wrong information you supplied gets no refund at all. Three refunds or credit card chargebacks within one year trigger a permanent ban, and refunded Gold is deducted from your balance — possibly into negative, which blocks matchmaking.
Prevention
Claim reward mail every session, watch the 7-day alert, and remember that no working Gold generator exists for Blood Strike. New redeem codes usually surface within 24–48 hours of a milestone announcement — the only free Gold worth chasing.
Top-up regrets
Two mistakes account for most post-top-up regret: buying mid-season and coming up short for the next pass, and draining the reserve on a skin while the pass window closes.
Price tags that break a reserve
Premium Strikers run about 800 Gold, top weapon finishes 6,000–7,500, Limited Stash openings 90–150, seasonal exclusives 200–500, bundles 300–600, outfits 400–800, and emotes 150–300. Crates charge a fixed amount per attempt with no single-pull guarantee — drop rates display in the crate interface, so read them before you tap.
Claiming is manual
Unclaimed Strike Pass rewards are forfeited when the new season starts. Collect every crossed tier each session instead of banking them.
Budgeting a season in Gold
On a 42-day season, split the spend: 520 Gold for the Elite Pass on day one, the rest for crates and bundles. The 2260 Gold figure is the useful one — buy it at season start, spend 520, and 1,740 remains, covering three future pass reserves (1,560) with 180 to spare.
Picking a pack
| Pack | Price | Standard bonus | Total Gold |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $0.49 | +5 | 55 |
| 100 | $0.99 | +20 | 120 |
| 300 | $2.99 | +40 | 340 |
| 500 | $4.99 | +40 | 540 |
| 1000 | $9.99 | +100 | 1100 |
| 2000 | $19.99 | +260 | 2260 |
| 5000 | $49.99 | +800 | 5800 |
The 500 tier at $4.99 is the smallest single purchase that covers a 520 Gold pass, and the 1000 tier covers two passes (1,040) with 60 Gold spare. Per-Gold value doesn't climb in a straight line: the 100 tier gives the most Gold per dollar of this lineup, the 500 tier the least — the $4.99 pack is a convenience buy. The 5000 tier carries the highest bonus rate, roughly 16%.
Timing the purchase
Promotional events raise those bonuses substantially — add-ons as high as +1380 Gold on the largest tier have run — so check the store banner before committing. Stacking a promo top-up at season start beats buying mid-season at base bonus and then racing the tier clock.
Checking out without losing Gold

Four things must match before you pay: the numerical User ID, the account currently logged into the game, the server region, and your payment method. Gold binds to the account and region with no transfers, and the in-game store binds automatically without any UID entry on iOS App Store, Android Google Play, and PC Steam.
Payment methods
Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are standard; Philippine checkouts add GCash and Maya. Keep a screenshot of the order confirmation and a masked receipt until the Gold shows up.
If the Gold doesn't arrive
Check the order status first, then the UID, then the region, then your in-game balance. Don't pay a second time. Contact support with the transaction ID, receipt, UID, and payment proof — enough to trace a delivery problem without exposing anything sensitive. Never share a password or OTP with any top-up service or free Gold claim; NetEase policy since December 2025 treats unauthorized third-party top-ups as grounds for Gold removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.
Questions players ask
Does Blood Strike Gold expire?
Purchased Gold never expires. Gold from events, login tracks, pass rewards, and redeem codes carries a countdown and vanishes when it ends. Open Settings > Account > Currency Details to see which kind you hold before planning any purchase around a deadline.
What separates permanent from timed Gold?
Origin and shelf life. Top-ups grant permanent Gold that survives every season reset; rewards and promotions grant timed Gold that expires on a fixed date. Anything you buy with either balance stays yours for good — only the unused currency is affected by the clock.
Why hold 520 Gold at all times?
That's the exact price of the next Elite Strike Pass. Keeping it untouched means you can buy the pass on day one of a new season instead of chasing Gold while tiers tick by and the runway shrinks.
Can expired Gold be brought back?
Only in rare cases where a platform error caused the loss and support verifies it. A countdown that reaches zero simply deletes the balance — no conversion, no refund. Claim reward mail early and drain expiring balances before the timer ends.
Which balance does the game spend first?
Timed Gold, on every purchase, automatically. There's no setting to change it. The practical effect: a big cosmetic buy drains your expiring balance first and then cuts into the permanent reserve you meant to save for the pass.
Is topping up Gold online safe?
Yes, with a legitimate seller — you provide only the numerical User ID, never a password or verification code. Use established platforms with clear order tracking and support, and skip anything promising free Gold or asking for login credentials.
