Mango Live Diamond Prices 2026: The Pack-Size Trap in 4 App Stores, Gift Costs in Dollars, and What Hosts Really Keep (Checked 2026-10-29)
Mango Live has no bulk discount. On the US App Store every pack works out to about 3,000 diamonds per $1, and the 35,000 pack ($11.99) is the worst. In the Philippines that same pack gives 28.5% fewer diamonds per peso than the smallest one. Buffget sold the same packs for about 4,378/$ that day.
I've been sending gifts on live apps for years, and Mango Live is the first one where I noticed the "big pack" button costing me more per diamond. So I pulled the in-app price lists from four App Store regions on the same day (2026-10-29) and lined them up. Then I worked out what gifts cost in real dollars and what a host can keep from them.
Every number below has a source and a date. My own arithmetic is marked (calc).
What this page covers
- The pack trap: official iPhone prices in the US, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, shown as diamonds per unit of money. That's the table no other guide has.
- Official vs Buffget, per dollar, for the same pack sizes.
- Gift costs in US dollars: a Villa, a Fantasy Carnival or a Candlelight, depending on where you bought the diamonds.
- How hosts actually get paid: the official "up to 80%" post next to agency tiers and fees, plus what hosts complain about.
- The recurring problems players report: failed recharges, bans and gift scams, with dates and like counts.
Quick answers
| Question | Short answer | Source (date) |
|---|---|---|
| What does Mango Live charge per diamond in the US? | About 3,000 diamonds per $1 at every size; 3,030/$ on the 3,000 pack | App Store US, read 2026-10-29 |
| Which official pack is worst? | 35,000 diamonds for $11.99 (2,919/$) | App Store US, read 2026-10-29 |
| Do bigger packs get a discount? | No. In the US the 165k–300k packs sit at about 3,000/$, slightly below the 3,000 pack | (calc) from App Store US |
| Cheapest per $ on Buffget? | 35,000 for $7.99 (4,381/$); most packs are about 4,378/$ | buffget.com/goods/mango-live, read 2026-10-29 |
| Can diamonds be cashed out? | Not by viewers. Hosts are paid for gifts, and the official app offers no self-withdrawal | Official terms; Google Play reviews 2025 |
| Latest iPhone version | 3.0.5, released 2026-10-20 | App Store version history |
Table 1: Official US App Store prices, per dollar
These are the six in-app purchase items Apple lists for Mango Live (APPXYZ Mobile Company Limited, app id 1517789247), read on 2026-10-29. The app shows other sizes in the in-app wallet, but these six are the ones Apple publishes with prices.
| Diamonds | US price | Diamonds per $1 (calc) | vs 3,000 pack (calc) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3,000 | $0.99 | 3,030 | baseline |
| 15,000 | $4.99 | 3,006 | −0.8% |
| 35,000 | $11.99 | 2,919 | −3.7% |
| 165,000 | $54.99 | 3,001 | −1.0% |
| 240,000 | $79.99 | 3,000 | −1.0% |
| 300,000 | $99.99 | 3,000 | −1.0% |
The US gaps are small. The real point is that you get no reward for buying big. Someone spending $99.99 gets the same rate as someone buying two coffees' worth, and the $11.99 pack is a slightly bad deal.
Table 2: The pack trap across 4 regions
This is where it gets interesting. I read the same Apple listing in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines on 2026-10-29. I didn't convert anything to dollars. Each region is compared only against itself, in its own currency, so exchange rates don't skew it.
ORIGINAL GRAPHICDiamonds per unit of local money for each official pack, with the smallest pack set to 100 in each region. Source: Apple App Store listings (US/ID/MY/PH), read 2026-10-29. Chart by Buffget.

| Diamonds | Indonesia | per Rp1,000 (calc) | Malaysia | per RM1 (calc) | Philippines | per ₱1 (calc) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3,000 | Rp19rb | 157.9 | RM4.90 | 612 | ₱49 | 61.2 |
| 15,000 | Rp99rb | 151.5 | RM22.90 | 655 | ₱299 | 50.2 |
| 35,000 | Rp229rb | 152.8 | RM59.90 | 584 | ₱799 | 43.8 |
| 165,000 | Rp999rb | 165.2 | RM249.90 | 660 | ₱3,490 | 47.3 |
| 240,000 | Rp1.499jt | 160.1 | RM399.90 | 600 | ₱4,990 | 48.1 |
| 300,000 | Rp1.999jt | 150.1 | RM499.90 | 600 | ₱5,990 | 50.1 |
What I take from it:
- Philippines: the ₱49 pack is by far the best rate. Every bigger pack is 18–29% worse per peso (calc). The 35,000 pack is the worst, at 28.5% fewer diamonds per peso than the ₱49 one.
- Malaysia: 165,000 for RM249.90 is the best (660/RM), with 15,000 close behind. 35,000 is again the worst.
- Indonesia: 165,000 for Rp999rb is the best. 300,000 is slightly worse than 35,000, so that's the one to avoid there.
- US: basically flat, apart from 35,000.
So there's no single rule. The 35,000 pack is the worst or close to it everywhere, and "biggest is cheapest" isn't true in any of these four stores.
My rule of thumb
- PH: stack ₱49 packs if the extra taps don't bother you.
- ID / MY: if you're buying in bulk, 165,000 is the sweet spot.
- US: pack size barely matters, so just avoid $11.99.
- Anywhere: check one price per diamond before you buy. Don't assume the big button is the deal.
Android lists different pack sizes
Android uses a different list. A YouTube walkthrough of an Indonesian Android wallet (video ID t6PS2VROP4I, uploaded 2026-10-02) shows these packs at 1:24–1:34: 3,150 / 15,750 / 31,500 / 78,750 / 157,500 / 315,000. In that video, the 3,150 pack is listed at Rp16.000 plus tax and the Google Play checkout at 2:16 charges Rp17.760, which is about 11% tax on top (calc).
That's one user's screen on one day. Google Play adds tax at checkout, and Apple's listing doesn't say whether Rp19rb includes tax. So I won't claim Android is cheaper. Check your own checkout total.
Table 3: Official US vs Buffget, same day
Buffget's Mango Live page (buffget.com/goods/mango-live, prices in USD, read 2026-10-29) sells Diamonds by user ID. The 3,000, 35,000, 165,000, 240,000 and 300,000 sizes match the official App Store packs.
ORIGINAL GRAPHICDiamonds per US$1, official US App Store vs Buffget sale prices, every pack size. Sources: apps.apple.com/us (id1517789247) and buffget.com/goods/mango-live, both read 2026-10-29. Chart by Buffget.

| Diamonds | Official US | per $ | Buffget (list) | per $ (calc) | Saving vs official (calc) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3,000 | $0.99 | 3,030 | $0.69 ($0.86) | 4,348 | 30.3% |
| 10,000 | — | — | $2.29 ($2.86) | 4,367 | — |
| 15,000 | $4.99 | 3,006 | — | — | — |
| 20,000 | — | — | $4.57 ($5.72) | 4,376 | — |
| 35,000 | $11.99 | 2,919 | $7.99 ($9.99) | 4,381 | 33.4% |
| 40,000 | — | — | $9.31 ($11.64) | 4,297 | — |
| 165,000 | $54.99 | 3,001 | $37.69 ($47.11) | 4,378 | 31.5% |
| 240,000 | $79.99 | 3,000 | $54.82 ($68.52) | 4,378 | 31.5% |
| 300,000 | $99.99 | 3,000 | $68.52 ($85.64) | 4,378 | 31.5% |
Two notes from someone who's been burned before:
- The 35,000 pack flips: it's the worst official pack and the best Buffget one. If you'd normally buy it in the app, that's where the swap saves the most.
- On Buffget, 40,000 is the weakest pack (4,297/$), so take 35,000 or 20,000 + 20,000 instead.
Prices change with sales, so check the Mango Live diamonds page on the day you buy.
What gifts really cost in dollars
The gift prices below come from XPTopup's capture of the live gift panel in a Party room (published 2026-07-20). Gift tabs and sale tags change, so open the panel before you send. I converted each gift at three rates (calc): the official 3,000 pack (3,030/$), the official 35,000 pack (2,919/$) and Buffget's 165,000 pack (4,378/$).
ORIGINAL GRAPHICUS-dollar cost of nine Mango Live gifts under three diamond-buying routes. Gift prices: XPTopup in-app capture, 2026-07-20. Rates: App Store US and buffget.com, 2026-10-29. Chart by Buffget.

| Gift | Diamonds | Official, 3k pack | Official, 35k pack | Buffget 165k pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Golden Carp | 199 | $0.07 | $0.07 | $0.05 |
| Trophy | 999 | $0.33 | $0.34 | $0.23 |
| Bouquet | 2,000 | $0.66 | $0.69 | $0.46 |
| Planet Rose | 3,000 | $0.99 | $1.03 | $0.69 |
| Wine Glasses | 5,000 | $1.65 | $1.71 | $1.14 |
| Fantasy Carnival | 10,000 | $3.30 | $3.43 | $2.28 |
| Villa | 20,000 | $6.60 | $6.85 | $4.57 |
| Pink Bear | 50,000 | $16.50 | $17.13 | $11.42 |
| Candlelight | 100,000 | $33.00 | $34.26 | $22.84 |
| Private Plane | 600,000 | $198.00 | $205.55 | $137.04 |
| Moon Waterfall | 1,000,000 | $330.00 | $342.57 | $228.41 |
How I use this:
- Small gifts don't matter much. A Golden Carp costs a few cents whichever way you buy.
- The difference shows up from Villa upward. A Villa costs $6.60 in the app and $4.57 via Buffget, which is about $2 saved per Villa (calc).
- Flex gifts: a Moon Waterfall costs about $330 through the app and about $228 on Buffget (calc). That's a real gap.
Leftover diamonds, the quiet cost
If you buy just enough for one big gift, check what's left over. A Villa (20,000) bought with official packs needs a 15,000 + 3,000 + 3,000 combo, which leaves 1,000 unused and costs $6.97 (calc). On Buffget there's a 20,000 pack for exactly $4.57, so nothing is left over.
Three real budgets, worked out
Here's how this plays out at three spending levels I see a lot. All figures are (calc) from the 2026-10-29 prices above.
The casual viewer: about $5 a week
| Route | What you buy | Diamonds | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Official US | 15,000 pack | 15,000 | $4.99 |
| Official US | 5 × 3,000 packs | 15,000 | $4.95 |
| Buffget | 20,000 pack | 20,000 | $4.57 |
At this level, Buffget gets you 5,000 more diamonds for less money. That's an extra Wine Glasses gift every week.
The regular gifter: about $50 a month
| Route | What you buy | Diamonds | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Official US | 165,000 pack | 165,000 | $54.99 |
| Official US | 4 × 35,000 + 15,000 + 3 × 3,000 | 164,000 | $55.92 |
| Buffget | 165,000 pack | 165,000 | $37.69 |
The second row is what happens when you top up "when you run out" with the middle button. You pay more for fewer diamonds. Over a year, the gap between rows two and three is about $219 (calc: ($55.92 − $37.69) × 12).
The big supporter: a 600,000 Private Plane
| Route | What you buy | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Official US | 2 × 300,000 | $199.98 |
| Buffget | 2 × 300,000 | $137.04 |
That's about $63 saved on one gift. If you send one a month, that adds up to about $755 a year.
Philippines, same idea in pesos
For 165,000 diamonds through the official PH App Store: one 165,000 pack costs ₱3,490, while 55 × ₱49 packs cost ₱2,695 (calc). That's ₱795 cheaper, but it means 55 separate purchases. Most people won't bother, but now you know what the convenience costs.
How hosts actually get paid
This is the question I see most from people thinking about going live. The official listings, website and terms don't publish a bean-to-cash rate, a withdrawal minimum or a payout schedule. What I could pin down:
IMAGEThe official Mango Live X account's commission announcement image, posted 2024-11-26. Source: x.com/mangolive_01/status/1861341630713995609.

| Source | What it says | Type, date |
|---|---|---|
| Official X (@mangolive_01) | "Policy komisi baru di Mango live, total komisi sampai 80%!! Policy baru akan mulai December!!" ("new commission policy, total commission up to 80%, starting December") | Official, 2024-11-26 |
| AMDAGENCY (Malaysian agency) | Commission tiers 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% at daily income under RM160, RM160+, RM620+, RM1,240+; payouts monthly | Agency site, as summarised by BitTopup 2026-10-24 |
| MG Management salary sheet (Scribd) | Lists a 10% agency fee and a 5% cross-border transfer fee | Agency document, undated |
| butterfly.management | Says hosts who miss targets in the first 2 weeks move to commission-only | Third-party recruiter (not official), read 2026-10-29 |
| Official terms (mangolive.in/about.html) | Bans trading accounts, rooms, "coins and diamonds" and virtual gifts; lists A/B/C violation classes | Official, read 2026-10-29 |
Note that the official 80% figure is "up to" and comes from the Indonesian-language account. It isn't a guaranteed rate for everyone.
Illustration: a viewer sends 10,000 diamonds
This is an illustration, not a payout quote. I value the 10,000 diamonds at what the viewer paid in the US app ($3.30 at the 3,000-pack rate). Then I apply the share percentages above (calc):
| Share | Host share of $3.30 | After 10% agency fee | After 5% transfer fee too |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40% (lowest agency tier) | $1.32 | $1.19 | $1.13 |
| 70% (top agency tier) | $2.31 | $2.08 | $1.98 |
| 80% (official "up to") | $2.64 | $2.38 | $2.26 |
The real cash amount depends on your agency's bean rate, which isn't published. The useful part is the spread: the same gift can be worth roughly 2× more to a top-tier host than to a starter host. Ask your agency for its tier sheet in writing.
What hosts complain about (Google Play reviews)
Play reviews don't have links, so I list them by date and like count:
- Base salary cut without notice: 2026-09-17 (21 likes), with a similar complaint on 2025-11-20.
- No self-withdrawal; payouts only through agencies: 2025-08-16 and 2025-10-29.
- Agency applications never answered: two 2023 reviews (43 and 49 likes) and one on 2026-05-21.
Official contacts for agencies
These come from the App Store and Google Play descriptions (read 2026-10-29) and from mangolive.in/about.html. I can't promise how fast anyone replies.
| Purpose | Address | Where listed |
|---|---|---|
| Become an agency (Indonesia / Malaysia / Philippines) | jasonhe@mangolive.net | App Store & Google Play listing |
| Become an agency (Vietnam / Middle East / other) | global.bd@mangolive.net | App Store & Google Play listing |
| Agent applications | sales@mangoshow.tv | mangolive.in/about.html |
| Customer service | customerservice@mangolive.net | App Store & Google Play listing |
For the agent side in more depth, see our write-up on becoming a Mango Live agent and the official contacts.
Problems players keep reporting
These come up repeatedly, not in a single post (Google Play reviews, by date and likes):
| Problem | Evidence | What I'd do |
|---|---|---|
| Recharge fails, every payment method declined | 2026-08-12 (22 likes); 2026-02-04 | Try a different store or country route. Turn off your VPN at checkout (XPTopup's guide, 2026-07-20, suggests the same) |
| Ban with no explanation and no way to appeal | Multiple reviews; the official terms list A/B/C violation classes but no appeal process | Screenshot your balance and ID now, and email customerservice@mangolive.net |
| Gift scams and off-platform "transfer" scams | Reviews with 85 and 27 likes | Never pay someone outside the app for diamonds or "cashback" |
| "Free diamond hack" videos | YouTube is full of them (e.g. "Mango Live Unlimited Diamonds Hack", seen in search 2026-10-29) | They're scams. No real hack adds diamonds to a server-side balance |
Players also say again and again that gifts feel low-value and lucky gifts rarely hit. The table above is the honest answer: a 10,000-diamond Fantasy Carnival costs $2.28–3.43 in real money, depending on the route.
How to top up without overpaying
GIFOpening the Wallet from the Profile tab in Mango Live (older Indonesian UI). Source: YouTube "CARA TOP UP MANGO LIVE SENDIRI" (DJ LIVE, 2021-01-19), 0:22–0:27.

- Find your ID. Open Mango Live and tap your profile (bottom right). Your ID sits under your nickname. Mango Live IDs are 8-digit numbers; a host's share link on X on 2026-10-01 showed "ID:24825795", for example. Copy it rather than retyping it.
- Decide your total first. Work out how much you'll gift this week, then pick the pack that covers it with the least left over.
- Compare one number: diamonds per dollar (or per peso, ringgit or rupiah). Use the tables above.
- Pay. On Buffget, paste the ID on the Mango Live top-up page, pick a pack and pay. In the app, go to Wallet, pick a pack, and check the total at checkout (tax gets added on Play).
- Check your balance before you buy again.
GIFThe Mango Live Wallet screen with payment routes and the diamond list (older Indonesian UI, IDR). Source: YouTube "CARA TOP UP MANGO LIVE SENDIRI" (DJ LIVE, 2021-01-19), 0:27–0:33.

The UI in these clips is older, but the path is still Profile → Wallet in the current app (XPTopup walkthrough, 2026-07-20).
Is a third-party top-up safe?
Here's my take: use a seller that only asks for your ID, never your password or login code. The official terms ban trading accounts and diamonds between users. They don't publish a list of authorised payment partners, so take any site's "official partner" badge (Razer Gold or Codashop, for instance) as that channel's own claim. Buffget's page says it uses authorised channels and asks only for your Player ID and email.

FAQ
What's the cheapest official Mango Live pack? In the US, 3,000 diamonds for $0.99 (3,030/$). In the Philippines it's ₱49 for 3,000. In Indonesia and Malaysia, 165,000 is the best rate.
Why is the 35,000 pack a bad deal? Apple's price points put it at $11.99, the lowest rate in the US (2,919/$). It's the worst or close to it in all four regions I checked.
How much is a Villa in real money? 20,000 diamonds: about $6.60 in the US app, or $4.57 using Buffget's 20,000 pack (calc, 2026-10-29).
Do hosts really get 80%? The official X account said "up to 80%" on 2024-11-26. Agencies publish 40–70% tiers and may take fees. Get your tier in writing.
Can I withdraw diamonds? Viewers can't cash out diamonds. Hosts report that payouts go through agencies (Play reviews, 2025).
Bottom line
Buying big on Mango Live doesn't save you anything, and in the US and the Philippines the 35,000 pack is the worst rate. Pick packs by diamonds per dollar. For gifts from Villa upward, the route you buy through decides most of the cost, about 31–33% in my 2026-10-29 check.
